Protex 223-5VHT is a 5 mil polyester film coated with a very high tack pressure sensitive adhesive and applied to aluminum, stainless steel or non-metallic floor panels around galley and lavatory areas on many types of aircraft to prevent water damage, oxidation or corrosion of the metal.

Product Information
This tape is applied to one side of fiber impregnated aluminum honeycomb core material to hold it in place on a vacuum table for milling opposite side. It has high tensile, tear and impact strength, is inert in water, moisture resistant, and is unaffected by oils, greases and volatile aromatics. This product is not intended for fly-away applications.
