This clear, colorless, non-conductive, non-flammable, residue free, thermally and chemically stable liquid is ideal for use in many heat transfer fluid applications. It's wide liquid range (-125 to 95 deg C) and compatibility make it well suited for a variety of electronic single and two phase heat transfer applications, including in the reliability testing, power conversion, electronic cooling and others.
