Product Information
This product can be cured with a wide range of hardeners to achieve various properties and cure cycles. Regardless of the curing agent selected, the resulting material exhibits low shrinkage during cure, excellent thermal stability and conductivity, and forms a strong, durable casting.
RF 5407 has a high specific gravity and will tend to settle over time. To ensure uniform suspension of the filler content, mix the material at least once per day during use. If mixing is difficult, RF 5407 may be warmed to a maximum of 150°F.
