Release Ply G is a tight woven polyester with excellent strength. It is a peel ply, used to texture the surface of a composite laminate.

Product Information
This peel ply surface is helpful for secondary bonding or painting of the composite laminate and may reduce or eliminate the need for sanding or abrading. The fabric is scoured and heat set to remove contaminates and reduce shrinkage.
Features:
- Strength of tighter weave aids removal after cure in most demanding applications
- Polyester fibre provides additional strength and resistance to aggressive resins such as phenolics
- Peel plies strip off of cured laminates leaving a fine textured surface, reducing time spent hand finishing
