PPG Desothane HS CA8300B Activator, when mixed with the CA8300 Base and CA8300C1 or C2 Reducer (both components sold separately), creates a high durability, polyurethane topcoat that is designed for use as both an internal topcoat for aircraft structural components as well as an external topcoat for military aircraft and land based defense equiipment.
