DOWSIL™ Q4-2805 Fluorosilicone Channel Sealant
Dowsil Q4-2805 is a one part fuel and oil resistant compound that is primarily used as a groove injection sealant for aircraft fuel tanks, it can be used as a sealing agent for applications requiring a no cure sealant.
Product Information
The formulation provides excellent flow, premium tack properties and excellent sealing characteristics under exposure to fuels and oils. maintains consistency over temperatures ranging from -55°C (-67°F) to 200°C (392°F). Furthermore; it is unaffected by shock, vibration and thermal cycling and can withstand immersion in fuels and exposure to fuel vapors in temperatures up to +200°C.
