PPG PR-1440 M Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compound. It is an aircraft integral fuel tank sealant with a service temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 275°F (135°C), with intermittent excursions up to 356°F (180°C). B-1/2 represents an application life of 1/2 hour.

Product Information
This material is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other air-craft fuselage sealing applications. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.The cured sealant maintains elastomeric properties after exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.
