Jason Caldwell

President & CEO

Jason is a distinguished aviation distribution executive and brings over 20 years of experience to GracoRoberts. Previously, he led Wencor Group's sales and marketing and drove 12 acquisitions. Jason’s leadership has driven the latest acquisitions of E.V. Roberts, Able Aerospace Adhesives, Pacific Coast Composites, Silmid, and Styles Aviation Inc. (dba SkyGeek); his expertise will be instrumental in facilitating growth through broadening key supplier partnerships, and customer relationships.

Chief Operating Officer

Lee comes to GracoRoberts with over 20 years of experience in aerospace specialty chemicals and consumables, where he has held leadership positions in Customer Operations, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Implementations, and Account Management. In his new role as COO, Lee will lead GracoRoberts to scale for growth, speed-to-market, and efficiency across the global organization and provide strategic leadership and oversight for global distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and facilities/real estate operations.

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of GracoRoberts, Rodger utilizes his 20+ years of private and public accounting experience along with his strong leadership skills to propel the company forward. During his 10 years of tenure at GracoRoberts he has seen the company through several private equity transitions, including the latest acquisition of SkyGeek. His passion for strategic financial planning has enabled the company to make smart investments and plan for a successful future.

With over 20 years of experience in ecommerce and digital transformation, he previously held leadership roles at Sysco Corporation and Molson Coors Beverage Company and is recognized as an industry expert in both B2B and DTC eCommerce.

As Chief People Officer at GracoRoberts, Melissa will provide a global focus on company strategy, integration of acquisitions along with employee experience, engagement, and development.

As Chief Information Officer, Karen will utilize her 20+ years of experience to position GracoRoberts as one of the most technically-driven and secure global businesses.

His extensive education, including a BS in Plastics Engineering and an MBA from Pepperdine, synergizes with his multi-faceted technical exposure to help him effectively identify and integrate material solutions.

Raised in the B2B marketing and media space, Allison has led the marketing and business development for a portfolio of products across a wide range of verticals. Allison's goal is to develop and implement the GracoRoberts' Family of Brands strategic marketing initiatives across the global organization.
