    Your Duties:
    • Develops strategic quality roadmap and translates into tactical execution.
    • Oversees all Internal & External certification audits (ISO9001:2015, AS9100D & AS9120B).
    • Supports an integrated, multi-site, and centralized authority Quality Management System (QMS).
    • Supports and/or accountable to the following KPI’s and the respective derivatives: On Time Delivery (OTD) and Corporate Quality.
    • Works directly with VP of Operations to drive corporate quality, standardization, and safety.
    • Provides direct supervision for quality department teams across multiple time zones.

    Requirements:
    • AS9100D experience required.
    • AS9120B experience preferred.
    • 2+ years’ experience of supervisory responsibilities in Aerospace Quality.
    • 4+ years’ experience facilitating Internal and External Certification audits.
    • 6+ years’ aerospace quality experience or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field.

    Position Summary / Objective:

    As an ambassador for our customers and their experience with GracoRoberts, the Customer Service Representative/Account Specialist is responsible for wowing the customer at every touchpoint throughout the customer buying journey, while balancing the needs of the organization.  The following duties should be performed with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience:

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Enter quotes, design projects, sample requests, and customer purchase orders into system. Note special circumstances affecting customer requirements, order ship date, risk level, and/or status.  Works with Purchasing to ensure customer requirements are flowed down to vendors.
    • Deliver quotes, purchase order confirmations, order status, and related communication updates to customers.
    • Always participate on call queue during assigned working hours.
    • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Enter out-of-system quote requests for pricing and availability into Company’s ERP system.
    • Obtain and review customer Quality Clauses and update Customer Profile with any important info that must be noted at time of order entry.
    • Monitor customer supplier portals for new quotes and orders as applicable.
    • Enter new accounts in system, and assist requesting references and submitting references for Net 30 terms approval.
    • Provide quality review (QC) of other Customer Service Representative’s orders.
    • Process customer reports of nonconformance as specified in the Quality Management System. Gather and document all necessary information to explain and validate issue, and forward to the Quality & Compliance Manager for review and action by the appropriate parties.
    • Run reports and analyze to ensure that all customer commitments are fulfilled as promised.
    • Update customer open order reports with due dates or shipping information.
    • Obtain copies of specifications and submit for review by Quality department.
    • Pull and supply any requested paperwork for customers. Ie: CofC, CofA, MFG cert, Mercury Free Cert, Test Report etc.
    • Partner with Technical Account Manager as needed on issues regarding product, price and/or service delivery process.
    • Attend all scheduled department meetings and training sessions.
    • Conduct proactive telemarketing and/or customer relations calls as directed by the Customer Service/Account Services Manager.
    • Educate, promote and register customers on our e-commerce website to acquire price quotes, place orders, and obtain TDS and SDS.
    • Assist accounting with any invoice discrepancies by reaching out to buyers to help initiate payment.
    • Other duties as assigned.
