GracoRoberts Hosts 2025 Sales Meeting

GracoRoberts brought the team together last month for our annual Global Sales Meeting, held in the scenic setting of Huntington Beach, California. This year’s theme, “Hunting Season,” captured our shared focus on growth, agility, and technical excellence as we continue our commitment to being the largest, fastest, and most technical aerospace distributor in the industry.

Throughout the week, our team participated in strategic sessions led by executive leadership, in-depth discussions with our Technical Account Managers, and collaborative engagements with our valued supplier partners. Together, we sharpened our focus, aligned on new goals, and reinforced our commitment to innovation and service excellence.

One of the most anticipated moments of the week was celebrating our 2024 A-Team Award Winners, whose exceptional contributions embody the spirit and drive of GracoRoberts:
  • Julie Vulgaris – Top Gun Award for Salesperson of the Year
  • Ed Pham – Kaboom Award for Explosive Growth
  • Bri Meidl – Kaboom Award for Explosive Growth and ASR of the Year Award

  • Kaylee DeJong – Core Values Award for her outstanding dedication to customer service
