PPG PR-1776M Class B is a low density, high temperature, aircraft integral fuel tank sealant. It is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured Permapol P-5 modified polysulfide. B-1/2 represents an application time of 1/2 hour. It is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications.

Product Information
This material has a service temperature range of -54°C (-65°F) to 121°C (250°F) with intermittent excursions up to 182°C (360°F). It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. The cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.
