Product Information
This one part, 100% solids, thermosetting liquid adhesive has higher impact, peel and bond strength compared to many epoxy based adhesives. It enables curing under little or no pressure. Get curing under little or no pressure with 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 1386.
This one part, 100% solids, thermosetting liquid adhesive gives hardly any or no volatile by-products during during curing. It's particularly useful for bonding various impervious surfaces. Only pressure sufficient to ensure contact between mating surfaces is required. It has exceptionally high strength properties at service temperature.
Compared to many epoxy based adhesives it has higher impact, peel and bond strength, and remains strong after aging in many environments. This adhesive can be applied by knife coating, trowel, roller coating, pump and high pressure injection methods.
