Product Information

The product maintains its flexibility and bonding strength when applied to various metal substrates, including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, titanium, composites, and various coatings, even in extreme conditions such as temperature variations, weathering, and mechanical stress.

The mixed compound possesses a unique combination of low viscosity, making it easy to mix, and high thixotropy, providing excellent application characteristics. It can be effectively applied through extrusion, injection guns, or spatula. For a good surface finish, Naftosmooth can be used after application. The product can be mixed using an MCI-Mixer or appropriate 2-component mixing and dosing systems.

Curing time can be significantly reduced by elevating the temperature (up to a maximum of 60°C / 140°F).
