Momentive RTV142 White Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant 5.4 oz Cartridge

RTV142 Series sealants utilize a moisture cure system and release methyl alcohol vapors from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. These vapors have low odor and are non-corrosive to metals.

An important property of RTV142 Series sealants is their low volatility. Every batch meets the stringent standards of NASA's ASTM E595 for low outgassing. This sealant has a thixotropic paste consistency, allowing application in both vertical and overhead surface applications without sagging.

The material can also be diluted with solvents to create highly flowable materials.
