The product is highly versatile and ideal for applications requiring low outgassing and minimal volatile condensables under extreme operating conditions to avoid condensation in sensitive devices. The formula allows moderate heat transfer between electrical/electronic components and their heat sinks. Furthermore, it can be employed to adhere openings in modules or housings where grooves and other configurations require a limited flow. It has an excellent working temperature range, maintaining its functionality between 120 °C (-248°C) as well as resist breakdown at elevated temperatures up to 300°C (572°C).
